We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform computerized tomography examinations and produce high-quality diagnostic images. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, including a minimum of 1 year performing CT procedures. The CT Technologist will review physician orders, prepare and position patients, operate CT equipment, administer contrast when appropriate, and ensure all images meet diagnostic quality standards.

Pay Rate
Total Weekly Pay - $2960 - $74/hour
($35/hour W-2 taxable , $39/hour non taxable stipend)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations according to physician orders, department protocols, and established standards.
- Review requisitions and clinical histories to confirm the correct examination has been ordered.
- Prepare, position, and safely monitor patients throughout procedures.
- Operate CT scanners, image processors, printers, and related equipment.
- Select appropriate technical factors, protocols, and positioning techniques to optimize image quality.
- Administer contrast media according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Verify patient identification, demographic information, exam details, and required documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 years of radiologic technology experience, including at least 1 year of CT experience.
- Previous experience performing CT procedures required.
- Experience with Toshiba CT scanners preferred.
- Current Massachusetts DPH Radiology License required.
- Current ARRT(R) certification required.
- ARRT(CT) certification preferred and required within two years of hire.
