This project started with a frustrating job search.

When my girlfriend Erin graduated from her Rad Tech program, finding the perfect job for her felt harder than it should have been. Every time she went on Indeed or LinkedIn, specialized imaging roles were buried by thousands of unrelated healthcare listings. Sifting through endless pages of sponsored positions for RN, EMT, and admin was a real barrier between qualified techs and the hospitals trying to hire them.

Erin eventually found her dream role, but her frustrating job search process inspired us to create RadJobs.

It's a straightforward job board built purely for medical imaging professionals. No generic clutter, no scrolling past rows of nursing jobs, just the exact roles imaging pros are looking for, all in one clean feed.
