- Participants may utilize up to 96 hours of combined Paid Time Off (PTO) and Ill Time Off (ITO) on weekends each fiscal year, allowing for a maximum of eight weekend shifts off. PTO requests must be approved in advance by the department manager or director.

- Overtime resulting from additional weekday or weekend shifts must be pre-approved by department leadership.
- Participants must be willing to work rotating schedules or designated off-shifts based on departmental needs.
Please note: Use of more than 96 total hours of PTO/ITO on weekends, more than 24 hours of unscheduled PTO/ITO, or failure to meet Weekend Program requirements may result in removal from the program.
